Alicia is a passionate and empathetic clinical psychologist with a strong belief that the journey toward mental wellbeing is not a race to the finish line, but a long road filled with rest stops, learning curves, and quiet moments of growth. As she often says, “The journey towards mental health spans thousands of miles—you can’t complete it in a day, and you need fuel to keep going. I’ll be here for your pit stops.” This gentle and grounded philosophy is at the heart of her work with every client.
With four years of clinical experience, Alicia has worked across diverse settings, offering individual therapy, running workshops, and delivering talks to raise awareness around mental health. Her primary therapeutic approaches are Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), both of which she uses to support clients in building practical, meaningful strategies for change.
Alicia has a special interest in ADHD, particularly in how it presents in adulthood, which is a population often misunderstood or overlooked. Growing up, she noticed the subtle but powerful differences in how behaviour was interpreted: boys being disruptive were often dismissed with a casual “boys will be boys,” while girls who struggled quietly were labelled as daydreamers or lazy. These early observations stayed with her and deeply shaped her drive to better understand the nuanced, often invisible experiences of people with ADHD.
She is especially passionate about exploring the cognitive aspects of ADHD; areas like working memory, focus, and emotional regulation, which are so often misunderstood or reduced to labels like “lazy,” “unmotivated,” or “careless.” Alicia works to reframe these narratives with compassion and science, helping her clients understand their minds, not blame them.
In her practice, Alicia creates a warm, non-judgmental space where clients feel seen, respected, and supported. Whether someone is newly diagnosed or has lived a lifetime feeling “different,” she meets them exactly where they are. Her hope is to continue walking alongside individuals navigating the complexities of ADHD, helping them reconnect with their strengths and redefine what thriving looks like for them.

Michelle’s journey into mental health was one that started when she was a teenager. She thrived on observing people, the differences that make each person unique but also the similarities that ties us together. As a clinical psychologist, she believes that every person has a unique story and her role is to journey with clients where thoughts and feelings can be explored openly in a collaborative setting. As such, she prioritises collaboration and feedback in therapy, with interventions tailored to each client’s unique strengths and needs.
After completing her undergraduate studies in Bachelor of Psychology, she had the privilege of working with individuals with autism and their families for more than 9 years utilising Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) prior to completing her Masters in Clinical Psychology. The experience has taught her the meaning of celebrating each individual as their own person, inclusion and what it means to care immensely for another person while still making hard decisions to support them in their journey.
Her main therapeutic approach is Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) where she works with supporting individuals in living a more meaningful, value-driven life. She also incorporates various techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) depending on the needs of the clients. She has had experience in conducting psychological assessments with clients of different backgrounds ranging from children, working adults, parents, couples, refugees, neurodiverse individuals, as well as individuals struggling with various mental health concerns.
Michelle hopes that her sessions can be a space where her clients can be empowered towards being the person that they want to be.

From a young age, Nur Adilah has been able to see how mental health issues affect individuals’ abilities and spirits to perform their best. Not only does it impact the individuals themselves, but also those around them. She believes that every individual has their own potential to achieve their goals or aspirations, but due to mental health issues, the direction towards achieving those aspirations may become obstructed or lost within them. She aims to provide guidance to help anyone in need reach where they want to be and unleash their potential.
She works with individuals of various ages, dealing with various types of mental health issues, and assists women who have experienced domestic violence and sexual abuse. She has experience working in hospitals and corporate settings in Singapore. She utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), and is a level 1 Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing Therapy (EMDR) practitioner. She strives to integrate therapy techniques that are suitable for each individual.
A particularly meaningful experience for her (despite being in the early stages) is when clients share positive changes even though the improvements may seem ordinary, such as “I got ajob interview”, “I took five minutes to do my school assignment”, or “I feel better than last week”. It shows that they are trying to do their best for themselves. She hopes to do her best to help you towards where you want and need to be, and to become the person we never knew we needed. She is also interested and hopes to learn and become an expert in Adverse Childhood Experience (ACE), especially to help adults who have experienced sexual abuse in childhood. “Fa inna ma’al ‘usri yusra; So verily, with every difficulty, there is relief. [Surah Ash-Sharh 94:5]”
We believe those with ADHD can thrive, lead, create, and redefine what success looks like — and we are here to walk that journey with you.
